: Follw Plant Manager`s instructions
Work on achieving factory targets both on the level of productivity and quality
Set up the best organization of the work among all Shift Leaders to ensure that each department is performing according to the Quality Standards
and undertakes the necessary control measures as per the policies and procedures.
Organize the flow of work of the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to ensure that all machinery in the factory is
permanently working in good condition.
Ensure that the production is runing according to the Production Program and ensure that models changes and shades confirmations are
conducted smoothly and according to the standards
Working to minimize the cost by reducing the percentage of the rejected tiles and improve qulity and reduce the production
dow-time.
Follw up the complete production process and adopt the necessary corrective and preventive action to solve any problems.
Submit daily activity reports to Production Manager
