Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an asset management for water related projects, including: Overseeing and implementing the Asset Management System for main cities and villages, with activities covering: wells, Water Treatment Plant, Tanks, Sewage Plants, Sewage Pumping Station, water and sewage networks including all associated equipment and facilities.
Key responsibilities of an Asset Management Manager:
Portfolio Management:
Develop and maintain client investment portfolios by selecting appropriate assets, allocating capital, and rebalancing as needed to align with client risk tolerance and return expectations.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify potential investment opportunities and assess risks.
Investment Decision Making:
Make informed investment decisions based on analysis, considering factors like asset allocation, diversification, and timing to maximize returns.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, providing regular portfolio updates, and addressing their concerns.
Risk Management:
Implement strategies to mitigate investment risks through diversification, hedging techniques, and monitoring portfolio exposures.
Performance Reporting:
Regularly generate detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics like returns, volatility, and attribution analysis.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to investment activities.
Team Leadership:
May lead a team of investment analysts and portfolio managers, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, derivatives), and financial analysis techniques.
